- They can reflect or magnify the learner’s problem/challenge
- Horses are like a mirror, reflecting the learner’s character
- They will challenge the learner’s behaviors and leadership
Accomplishing a task with a horse in spite of a learner’s fears carries over into everyday life when dealing with other challenging and intimidating situations as they arise.
Our Facilitators
Our Facilitators – are knowledgeable and experienced horse handlers, EAL certified and have received training in Equity, Diversity and Inclusion. They are committed to continued learning and upgrading skills to provide the best experience for learners.
